Basecoat is Step #1 in our dipping powder system. When applied to prepared nails, it creates a strong adhesive layer that ensures the dipping powder adheres flawlessly. Remember, wherever the basecoat is applied, the powder will follow. We recommend applying a thin layer each time for the best results.
