Transparency is important to us. That is why we clearly explain below how orders, delivery, returns, and service work with us.

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via our website.


Article 1 – Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which you can exercise your right of withdrawal;

  • Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with us;

  • Day: a calendar day;

  • Duration transaction: an agreement with delivery or purchase spread over a certain period;

  • Durable medium: any instrument which enables information to be stored personally and consulted later in unchanged form;

  • Right of withdrawal: the right to waive the agreement within the cooling-off period;

  • Entrepreneur: Nails By Dipsy Int

  • Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via remote communication;

  • General terms and conditions: these present conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every visit to and use of our website, as well as to all offers, orders, and agreements between Nails By Dipsy Int and you as a consumer.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. They are always available on our website and are presented to you before completing your order. We will send them free of charge upon request.

If additional product or service conditions also apply, they are valid alongside these general terms. In the event of contradictions, the provision most favorable to you as a consumer shall prevail.

Article 4 – The Offer

We present our assortment with care and do our utmost to display all product information clearly and completely. Any restrictions, conditions, or temporary offers are always clearly stated with the product.

Our offer is without obligation and may be adjusted (e.g., due to stock changes, product improvements, or obvious errors). Images are intended as a realistic representation, but colors and details may differ slightly in practice.

Obvious errors or mistakes in prices, text, or images are not binding and do not give the right to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as you accept the offer and meet the set conditions. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Once we have processed your order, the agreement is final.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a secure ordering process. In exceptional situations, such as unforeseen circumstances or limited availability, we reserve the right to refuse or adjust an order. We will always contact you in such cases.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

We want you to order with a good feeling. Therefore, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product. During this period, we ask you to handle the product and packaging with care. You may view the product as you would in a store, but you may not open or use it.

The right of withdrawal applies only when the product:

  • Is unused;

  • Is unopened;

  • Is in its original, sealed packaging.

Once the seal is broken or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal expires for hygiene and safety reasons.

Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

The costs for returning a product are at your own expense. After receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment), we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

For cosmetic products, returns are only possible if they are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Products with broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Article 9 – The Price

All prices are displayed for the duration of the offer and are subject to VAT changes and legal regulations.

For international shipments outside the EU, import VAT and customs clearance fees may be charged by the carrier or customs. These costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 10 – Quality, Cosmetic Use & Safety

Quality and care are central to Nails By Dipsy Int. Our products comply with applicable legislation and safety standards for cosmetics.

Our products are intended solely for external cosmetic use. Inhalation of the product should be avoided. Always use the products in a well-ventilated area and according to the instructions.

Because every skin is unique, results may vary per person. We advise performing a patch test before use where applicable. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

We process orders with care. Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM (17:00) are usually processed the same or next business day.

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks and is indicative. If an order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case, you have the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge.

The risk of damage or loss lies with Nails By Dipsy Int until the moment of delivery.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions

We do not currently offer subscriptions or ongoing deliveries. Should this change, additional terms will be clearly communicated beforehand.

Article 13 – Payment

We ask you to check your payment details carefully. Payments are made through secure methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, and other options available via Shopify Payments.

Your payment is debited as soon as your order is confirmed.

Article 14 – Complaints & Disputes

Do you have a question or is something not quite as expected? Feel free to contact us. Complaints can be reported to us within 7 days of discovery.

We take every report seriously and aim to respond substantively within 14 days. If a complaint is justified, we will provide a suitable solution.

Article 15 – Liability

Nails By Dipsy Int makes every effort to provide its products and services with the greatest possible care. Our liability is, as far as legally permitted, limited to the amount of the order to which the liability relates.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or other damage not directly resulting from the use of our products.

Article 16 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Nails by Dipsy and the consumer.

For consumers residing outside the Netherlands, the mandatory consumer rights of the country of residence will, of course, be respected.

In the event of a dispute, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
