You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Before initiating the return process, please note that the items must meet certain conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• It must be unused and unwashed.

• All original tags and/or labels must still be attached.

• Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene risks.

How to Start a Return

To initiate the process, please contact our customer service at info@nailsbydipsy.com. We will provide you with a return address and a return form to include in the package.

Once you’re ready, prepare the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (which you should send to us).

You are 100% responsible for the package until it reaches the return location. If it gets lost during transit and does not have a tracking code, we will not be able to assist you.

Once we have received your return and confirmed that it meets the requirements, we will notify you via email. From that moment, please allow up to 7 days for processing and for your refund to be issued.

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you contact us too late, you will need to follow the standard return procedure as outlined in our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received damaged or incorrect items through no fault of your own, please take photos of the issue and contact info@nailsbydipsy.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We typically resend the package at no extra cost, and our customer service team will assist you.
